How we provide the Service
We will call at your Property and advise a suitable market value, based upon past sales, location, condition and market conditions. We shall take measurements and photographs of your property in preparation for the production of your property schedule
We shall arrange for a “For Sale” board to be installed at your property.
We shall entry your details into our Free Weekly Property Guide, and entry you into our property matching service which sends your details to all potential purchasers who have registered with us worldwide.
We shall arrange a free advert in the Arran Banner for your property.
We can arrange for your property to be shown in the Glasgow Herald or Scotsman at an additional charge
We can arrange to carry out all viewings at the property, if required. For clients who do not wish to bring their car on the ferry, we can meet them at the ferry and convey them to the property.
After viewings all clients are called for feedback and we are in contact with you on a regular basis to update you on the sale of your property.
Other Services
We can also assist you with selecting a Surveyor and Solicitor. We have lists of local Surveyors and Solicitors in the Office

* Residential Property 1.5% + Vat
* Commercial Property 2.0% + Vat
* Land 2.0% + Vat
The cost of all of our services, mentioned above, are included in the above fee commissions, other than advertising in the Glasgow Herald and Scotsman Newspapers which is an additional charge (if required).
